Tiffany & Co. Quality Engineer

1. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure Tiffany & Co.'s quality standards are upheld for both new and existing products.
2. Lead the corrective action process and manage projects, including root cause analysis and implementation, to enhance product performance.
3. Conduct training and education for associates on quality standards.
4. Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed and report any incidents or safety issues.
5. Support new and existing processes and products to meet all company requirements, participating in FMEA studies, validating work instructions, and developing control plans.
6. Identify and recommend improvements in Lean Six Sigma manufacturing processes to optimize performance and reduce waste.
7. Lead the Material Review Board process for rejected merchandise.
8. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience with a strong focus on quality assurance.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
5. Possession of a valid driver's license.
6. Willingness and ability to travel to various Tiffany & Co. locations and vendors/suppliers.
7. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
