Tiffany & Co. Quality Engineer

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure Tiffany & Co.'s quality standards are upheld for both new and existing products.
- Lead the corrective action process and manage projects, including root cause analysis and implementation, to enhance product performance.
- Conduct training and education for associates on quality standards.
- Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed and report any incidents or safety issues.
- Support new and existing processes and products to meet all company requirements, participating in FMEA studies, validating work instructions, and developing control plans.
- Identify and recommend improvements in Lean Six Sigma manufacturing processes to optimize performance and reduce waste.
- Lead the Material Review Board process for rejected merchandise.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience with a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various Tiffany & Co. locations and vendors/suppliers.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Solid project and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in technical drawing analysis.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
- Effective communication skills in English.
Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience with a focus on quality assurance.
