- Conduct and coordinate final quality inspections of High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry products at external supplier sites.
- Enforce quality sampling plans in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure meticulous data entry of quality control findings into JD Edwards, TPM, and PD systems.
- Manage non-conformance processes, including documentation and return of unacceptable products to suppliers.
- Lead or support investigations of identified quality issues with the QA Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, and suppliers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions through data analysis and report any deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with suppliers and design teams during virtual reviews to enhance product and process quality.
- Utilize Tiffany & Co.'s quality assurance tools and software for analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve their development, tooling, inventory control, and production flow processes.
- Develop and conduct regular supplier audits to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team on new products during their development phases.
- Proactively identify and report any non-compliance with responsible sourcing policies during audits or daily operations.
- Experience in visual and dimensional product inspection, ideally in jewelry, watchmaking, or luxury sectors.
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in quality control, supplier quality assurance, or a similar role in the jewelry or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with suppliers and internal teams (design, production, procurement).
- Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively, and adapt to changes, especially during frequent business travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Fluent in French with a good command of English.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
