1. Conduct inspections on serviced new and client-owned merchandise using established Repair Standards.
2. Document and communicate inspection results to the Repair Services team and Operations staff.
3. Manage the workflow of orders through the department, prioritizing client due dates and inspection needs.
4. Maintain systematic records and reports to capture inspection results and trends.
5. Collaborate with technicians and management to enhance overall servicing quality.
6. Participate in the training of new team members.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 4 years of jewelry experience.
3. Completion of Graduate Gemology degree or GIA courses.
4. Previous Quality Assurance experience.
5. Experience with microscopes.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
7. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends.
8. Customer service orientation.
9. Meticulous attention to detail.
10. Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with prior quality assurance experience.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $34 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
