Tiffany & Co. Public Relations and Content Executive

- Manage media relations, including translating, drafting, and distributing press releases, as well as handling media inquiries and requests.
 - Support editorial, advertorial, and pictorial placements, including content delivery.
 - Execute brand and product shoots, including lookbook creation, and coordinate logistics with relevant partners.
 - Manage product samples, including ordering and stock control, and conduct PR monitoring with performance reporting.
 - Support execution plans for brand image events, including collection presentations, exhibitions, and store openings.
 - Assist with on-site execution for exhibitions, product presentations, and launch events.
 - Develop and implement PR amplification plans in alignment with the overall communication strategy.
 - Coordinate communication and logistical details with event agencies and worldwide teams for seamless execution.
 - Support special projects such as native content production and other brand-driven initiatives.
 - Support execution of Friend of the House-related activities and engagements.
 - Assist in coordination for key stylists and VIP fittings/appearances.
 - Maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers, and support outreach to engage new partners.
 - Consolidate monthly marketing budgets and track spending by activity and product category.
 - Provide administrative support and manage agency contracts and negotiations.
 - Consolidate results and revise all event-related reports, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
 
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
 - 4-12 years of experience in PR, communications, events, or a related field.
 - Experience in the retail business.
 - Fluency in both written and spoken English.
 - Maturity and professionalism in departmental interactions.
 - Experience in management and staff supervision.
 - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Appreciation and understanding of design and craftsmanship.
 - Proficient in MS Office.
