- Anticipate and plan for campaign needs, identifying requirements and potential risks ahead of deadlines.
- Align creative development with print and magazine deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with in-house production studio and external vendors to develop execution plans for global ad campaigns.
- Ensure final artwork and film assets are delivered on time and adhere to technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring they are informed of timelines and asset requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regional teams, providing guidance on campaign asset requests and timelines.
- Oversee custom Out-of-Home and hoarding initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- 6+ years of project management experience in advertising or marketing, with expertise in print, OOH, and digital campaigns.
- Working knowledge of print production processes and color management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 6 years in project management within an advertising agency or in-house marketing department, focusing on global campaigns.
The hiring range for this position is $111,350 - $157,200, dependent on skills and experience.
