- Execute and refine multi-year product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy and annual calendar.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis within the assigned product collection.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Define target customer profiles and develop compelling product positioning and storytelling.
- Monitor industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product plans.
- Develop financial forecasts for the assigned product collection.
- Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage key project milestones and build comprehensive design briefs.
- Define and lead pricing strategies in line with the Director's vision.
- Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to provide recommendations on product assortment and lifecycle.
- Oversee the creation of compelling product names, stories, and content.
- Collaborate with Communications Marketing, PR, and Omni teams to generate excitement around new product launches.
- Mentor specialists responsible for coordinating product development and managing the product portfolio.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Product or Marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, entrepreneurial and creative flair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A minimum of 5 years in product or marketing roles, ideally within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
