Tiffany & Co. Process Engineer

- Enhance on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and uphold high quality and safety standards in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve daily production issues through root cause analysis and the application of engineering and Lean tools.
- Support New Product Integration by providing expertise, conducting tests, and establishing process control parameters.
- Validate and update manufacturing documentation, including drawings, MES instructions, BOMs, and routes.
- Lead process improvement projects, perform qualification tests, and develop SOPs while training personnel as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide safety leadership among co-workers.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
- Previous experience in Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development.
- Proficiency in technical manufacturing documentation creation and communication.
- Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
- Experience with good documentation practices and cGMP standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino) and MES software (Tulip).
- Working knowledge of JDE or other enterprise systems.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field.
