Tiffany & Co. Process Engineer

1. Enhance on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and uphold high quality and safety standards in manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve daily production issues through root cause analysis and the application of engineering and Lean tools.
3. Support New Product Integration by providing expertise, conducting tests, and establishing process control parameters.
4. Validate and update manufacturing documentation, including drawings, MES instructions, BOMs, and routes.
5. Lead process improvement projects, perform qualification tests, and develop SOPs while training personnel as needed.
6. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide safety leadership among co-workers.

1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
2. Previous experience in Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development.
3. Proficiency in technical manufacturing documentation creation and communication.
4. Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
5. Experience with good documentation practices and cGMP standards.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino) and MES software (Tulip).
5. Working knowledge of JDE or other enterprise systems.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field.
