1. Serve as the ultimate Brand Ambassador for Tiffany & Co., embodying the brand in all community interactions, social media, and networking events.
2. Develop and execute strategies for the acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth of High Net Worth clients, with a focus on High Jewelry.
3. Collaborate with Zone and Global partners, including Client Relations, to strategize and deliver bespoke experiences for clients.
4. Achieve and exceed commercial targets while gaining competitive market share.
5. Identify and develop new high-potential clients, facilitating tailored presentations and consultations.
6. Proactively develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new clients, capturing client data for curated experiences.
7. Represent Tiffany & Co. at internal and external local and regional events, reinforcing the brand's image.
8. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of importance, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism.
9. Build lasting relationships with influential clients, celebrating the brand's history and provenance.
10. Stay informed on trends across luxury retail and lifestyle to enhance client experiences and reinforce brand image.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.

2. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
3. Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment.
4. Proficiency in client relationship management.
5. Deep understanding of luxury retail trends and client lifestyle.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required, with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients.
