- Serve as the ultimate Brand Ambassador for Tiffany & Co., embodying the brand in all community interactions, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and execute strategies for the acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth of High Net Worth clients, with a focus on High Jewelry.
- Collaborate with Zone and Global partners, including Client Relations, to strategize and deliver bespoke experiences for clients.
- Achieve and exceed commercial targets while gaining competitive market share.
- Identify and develop new high-potential clients, facilitating tailored presentations and consultations.
- Proactively develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new clients, capturing client data for curated experiences.
- Represent Tiffany & Co. at internal and external local and regional events, reinforcing the brand's image.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of importance, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with influential clients, celebrating the brand's history and provenance.
- Stay informed on trends across luxury retail and lifestyle to enhance client experiences and reinforce brand image.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail trends and client lifestyle.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required, with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients.
