- Develop and manage annual and monthly editorial PR plans, including budget oversight.
- Create opportunities for product placements and manage sample distribution.
- Analyze and report media coverage results to global counterparts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key publication editors.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of events such as exhibitions and product launches.
- Develop PR amplification strategies for events.
- Manage external event agencies and collaborate with global teams.
- Oversee celebrity and talent endorsement initiatives, including managing 'Friend of the House' relationships.
- Coordinate product placements and develop new collaboration opportunities with KOLs and influencers.
- Consolidate event results and revise reports.
- Supervise agency execution, contracts, and negotiations.
- Lead agency bidding processes for projects or events.
- Develop team skills and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college graduate)
- Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in PR, Communications, Events, or a related field
- Experience in the retail industry
- Expertise in global luxury jewelry, watches, or high fashion brands
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Proven experience in team management and staff supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and pre-planning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strategic thinking and creativity

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
