- Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management team to prepare and finalize presentations for an LVMH-led HR program.
- Utilize data to craft compelling narratives that support decision-making processes.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and programs for large group meetings and senior leadership.
- Conduct a special project relevant to the OETM function under the guidance of the Director of OETM.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or MBA.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and high proficiency in PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or MBA.
Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
