1. Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management team to prepare and finalize presentations for an LVMH-led HR program.
2. Utilize data to craft compelling narratives that support decision-making processes.
3. Develop and deliver effective presentations and programs for large group meetings and senior leadership.
4. Conduct a special project relevant to the OETM function under the guidance of the Director of OETM.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or MBA.
2. Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Basic proficiency in Excel and high proficiency in PowerPoint.

Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
