1. Supervise inventory accuracy levels to ensure availability of pieces and reduce losses in compliance with corporate programs.
2. Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories according to corporate timelines and methods.
3. Control and review store administrative processes to ensure compliance.
4. Conduct waste review reports.
5. Oversee store maintenance status.
6. Ensure all security systems are functioning properly.
7. Daily review of sales notes, returns, price overrides, and post voids.
8. Manage cash handling and expense reporting.
9. Assist and supervise the price change process.
10. Implement and monitor store operations processes and procedures.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed.
6. Problem-solving capabilities.
7. Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
