- Supervise inventory accuracy levels to ensure availability and reduce losses in compliance with corporate programs.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories according to corporate timelines and methods.
- Control and review store administrative processes to ensure compliance.
- Conduct waste review reports.
- Supervise store maintenance status.
- Ensure all security systems are functioning properly.
- Daily review of sales notes, returns, price overrides, and post voids.
- Manage cash handling and expense reporting.
- Assist and oversee price change processes.
- Implement and monitor store operations processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
