- Serve as the central figure in back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with sales professionals, management, and corporate partners to enhance store sales and profitability.
- Provide exceptional client service, including order fulfillment and inventory management, with the hallmark Tiffany Touch.
- Support store operations to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Capture and utilize client data to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Handle internal and external communications to optimize sales opportunities.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address product and service inquiries.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
