1. Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.

5. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
6. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
7. Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests promptly.
8. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
9. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
10. Support sales by executing operations functions to achieve commercial targets.
11. Collect and utilize client data to cultivate relationships and drive sales.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.
2. A college or university degree.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

A college or university degree.
