1. Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with the Tiffany Touch standards.
3. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
5. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests for assistance.
7. Elevate in-store experiences, consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
8. Demonstrate brand ambassador qualities during every client interaction.
9. Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
10. Support company operations efficiency objectives by improving processes.
11. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
12. Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
13. Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.

1. Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
2. A college or university degree.

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Organized and detail-oriented
6. Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

A college or university degree is required.
