1. Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise entries and exits.
3. Coordinate service orders with specialized workshops and manage sales administration, including invoicing.
4. Enhance in-store customer experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments and embodying the brand's distinctive touch.
5. Implement and optimize standard practices to create exceptional customer experiences and act on customer feedback.
6. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
7. Collaborate effectively with customer advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries, repairs, and inventory issues.
8. Support operational efficiency goals by enhancing processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Oversee store maintenance status and manage special customer orders and stock transfers.
10. Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory processes in accordance with corporate schedules.
