- Support the sales department in daily operations to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving and dispatching store inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate customer service orders with specialized workshops and oversee billing processes.
- Collaborate with store management, sales professionals, corporate personnel, and customer service to enhance sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Report directly to the Store Manager and Corporate Operations Manager.
- Implement standard practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge and customer care instructions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Supervise administrative processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Support operational efficiency goals by providing feedback on process changes through appropriate channels.
- Oversee store maintenance status and manage special customer orders and inventory transfers.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts in accordance with corporate schedules.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
