1. Support the sales department in daily operations to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving and dispatching store inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
3. Coordinate customer service orders with specialized workshops and oversee billing processes.
4. Collaborate with store management, sales professionals, corporate personnel, and customer service to enhance sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.
5. Report directly to the Store Manager and Corporate Operations Manager.
6. Implement standard practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities, creating exceptional customer experiences.
7. Apply comprehensive product knowledge and customer care instructions to enhance client satisfaction.
8. Supervise administrative processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
9. Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
10. Support operational efficiency goals by providing feedback on process changes through appropriate channels.
11. Oversee store maintenance status and manage special customer orders and inventory transfers.
12. Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts in accordance with corporate schedules.
