1. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring order fulfillment and inventory management are executed with precision.
2. Maintain operational efficiency by completing tasks such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
3. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, utilizing reports and systems to ensure accuracy, and report discrepancies to management.
4. Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests for product and service information, repairs, and inventory.
5. Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
6. Support sales efforts by deepening client relationships and assisting in achieving commercial targets.

1. Authorization to work in the United States.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector.

A college/university degree is desired.
