1. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
2. Supervise and coordinate customer service activities related to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
3. Manage client services, including handling customer inquiries, stock availability, and post-sale offerings.
4. Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with transportation and customs agents.
5. Collaborate with store management to ensure back of house processes support service standards.
6. Manage, coach, develop, and train staff.

1. Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
2. Minimum three years of retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Proven multi-tasking ability and deadline management
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS
7. Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Minimum of 3 years in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry sector.

Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
