1. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment levels to minimize shrinkage.
2. Supervise and coordinate customer service operations, including handling customer repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
3. Manage client services, addressing customer inquiries, stock availability, and other post-sale needs.
4. Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with transportation and customs agents.
5. Collaborate with store management to ensure back-of-house processes support service standards.
6. Manage, coach, and develop staff, providing training and performance feedback.

1. Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
2. Minimum three years of experience in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.

5. Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.

Minimum of three years in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
