Tiffany & Co. Operations Executive

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Supervise and coordinate customer service operations, including handling customer repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
- Manage client services, addressing customer inquiries, stock availability, and other post-sale needs.
- Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with transportation and customs agents.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure back-of-house processes support service standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum of three years in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
