1. Oversee customs documentation and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure seamless product intake.
2. Manage and prepare trade-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and import tax calculations.
3. Classify HS codes and understand duty rates and import/export regulations.
4. Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
5. Manage domestic logistics, including inventory management and local courier schedules.
6. Host employee sales events and support security operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 2–5 years of experience in customs clearance within the retail industry, preferably in FMCG.
3. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
4. Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 3 years in customs clearance, logistics, or supply chain management within the retail sector.
