Tiffany & Co. Operations Executive

- Ensure all stock procedures adhere to company guidelines, including receiving and checking new stock.
- Coordinate monthly cycle counts and diamond audits.
- Manage placement of stock, merchandise, marketing collaterals, and packaging orders from the store.
- Coordinate with Merchandisers for stock transfers and compliance with local regulations for import/export duties.
- Review variances between actual and system provision amounts for duty, customs, and freight.
- Support Regional Logistics in identifying cost-saving opportunities with import brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse rentals.
- Monitor service providers' KPIs and delivery against Service Level Agreements, addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with Regional Product Performance Management to align retail operations with merchandising strategies.
- Lead analysis of merchandising/product category and stock performance to advise on selling strategies.
- Support store manager in implementing store policies and ensure compliance.
- Co-lead projects to ensure efficient store operations and perform store reporting SOPs.
- Coordinate reports, tabulate data, and manage filing and documentation of sales and transfer reports.
- Assist in daily audits, petty cash management, and store maintenance.
- Perform daily cash bank-in procedures and support COMPASS system issues.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs and provide support for customer service repairs to Hong Kong and New York.
- Support quarterly COM count.
- University Degree/Diploma or Certificate preferred.
- Good written and spoken English and Thai.
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude and strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office software.
- Willingness to work non-office hours to support retail operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
University Degree/Diploma or Certificate preferred.
