- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide superior client service and collaborate with store leadership to support key initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, supporting the store in achieving sales targets.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with sound judgment and knowledge of company policies.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations with a strong understanding of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is desirable.
