1. Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide superior client service and collaborate with store leadership to support key initiatives and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
6. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
7. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, supporting the store in achieving sales targets.
8. Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
9. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
10. Resolve client and employee concerns with sound judgment and knowledge of company policies.

1. 2-3 years of experience in retail operations with a strong understanding of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
