Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee the receipt and transfer of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow up on special and back orders.
- Provide superior post-sales client service, including repair and engraving order management.
- Assist with minor onsite repairs and cleanings.
- Support sales floor operations and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate store events and partner with marketing for merchandise requests.
- Manage store supplies and track invoice approvals and inventory reports.
- Liaise with facilities, IT, and manage record retention.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as security and health & safety liaison.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
- Understanding of Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, client service, and shipping.
