Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving and transferring inventory to other locations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability to optimize client service.
- Monitor Daily High Value count and maintain returns report.
- Lead and coordinate cycle count and physical inventory preparation and execution.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow-up on special and back orders.
- Provide superior client service for all post-sales activities.
- Ensure timely completion of repair and engraving orders.
- Perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings.
- Assist in visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate store events and assist with marketing-specific merchandise requests.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports.
- Liaise with facilities and IT, follow up on audit issues, and manage record retention.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as Security and Health & Safety liaison.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
- Understanding and adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.
