Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, ensuring efficient coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services.
- Manage and complete repair and service orders promptly, adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s service quality standards and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring high standards of resolution and adherence to established processes.
- Apply consultative selling techniques and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions and build lasting relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven multi-tasking ability and deadline management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
