1. Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, ensuring efficient coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services.
2. Manage and complete repair and service orders promptly, adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s service quality standards and procedures.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring high standards of resolution and adherence to established processes.
4. Apply consultative selling techniques and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions and build lasting relationships.
5. Provide exceptional customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Proven problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong customer service ethics.
