1. Lead all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of a manager, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
6. Mentor team members to enhance performance when acting as manager on duty.
7. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spending.
8. Support store sales goals by executing operations and sales support functions.
9. Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
10. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and implementing standard processes.

1. 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge in merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $24.65 - $33.35 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
