- Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise cleaning.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and implementing standard processes.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with sound judgment and knowledge of company policies.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in Canada

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
A college/university degree is desired. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
