- Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury standards and etiquette.
- Achieve store operational excellence and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and support effective operational organization for all services.
- Implement effective operations, including stock management, transfers, cycle counts, and inventories.
- Support various payment processes and security measures, including omnichannel and cash services.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including key holder responsibilities and workforce planning.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, emphasizing the importance of people.
- Demonstrate resilience and celebrate innovation in adopting new ways of working.
- Propose improvements to store leadership and support the rollout of new operational tools and systems.
- 4-5 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 3 years in retail operations is required.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is desirable.
