- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and achieve sales objectives.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance in adherence to company policies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures through effective communication with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients.
- Support operational efficiency objectives by enhancing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements.
- Foster client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, supporting the store in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and embodying the Tiffany brand ethos.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with informed judgment and knowledge of company policies.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with a strong understanding of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years in retail operations with a focus on merchandising, client service, and administration.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is desirable.
