1. Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
2. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with store leadership on key initiatives.
3. Act as a manager on duty in the absence of a manager, including coordinating order fulfillment and managing inventory.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Support operational efficiency objectives and mentor team members.
6. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
7. Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing clients.
8. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and resolve client concerns.

1. 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
