Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Lead all back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
- Partner with store leadership on key initiatives to support the team and drive sales goals.
- Act as a manager on duty in the absence of a manager, including opening and closing the store.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory.
- Coordinate client service activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Capture customer data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests swiftly and accurately.
- Assist management in coordinating work and coaching team members as needed.
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
