- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide superior client service and collaborate with store leadership to support key initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Support the store in achieving sales targets by executing sales support functions and cultivating client relationships.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Resolve client and employee concerns with sound judgment and detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
A minimum of 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is a plus.
