1. Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services roles.
2. Manage and complete repair and service orders promptly, ensuring adherence to Tiffany & Co.'s service quality standards and procedures.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and high-standard resolutions in line with established processes.
4. Apply consultative selling techniques and product knowledge to foster customer relationships and build confidence.
5. Provide exceptional customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Proven problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong customer service ethics.

4. Proven multi-tasking experience with an ability to meet deadlines.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
