Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Lead and manage all back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales objectives.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by supporting sales and service through effective operational support.
- Complete daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Foster productivity by providing feedback on process improvements and mentoring team members.
- Strengthen client relationships to drive loyalty and increased spending.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding sales targets by executing operations and sales support functions.
- Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable client interactions and resolving concerns with sound judgment.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations is required.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
