- Lead back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and manage inventory.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of a manager.
- Support sales goals by enhancing client relationships and capturing customer data.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve concerns using company policies.
- Execute operational tasks including shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Partner with sales professionals and management to optimize store operations.
- Assist in coaching team members and improving performance as needed.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, merchandising, and client service.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
