1. Maintain precise control of operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution of logistical and operational processes.
2. Manage and track files related to imports and exports.
3. Digitize and organize documentation.
4. Handle payment requisitions for suppliers.
5. Support monthly audit follow-ups.
6. Request and manage orders for packaging materials and uniforms.
7. Search for and evaluate suppliers.

1. Currently enrolled in at least the 6th semester of a relevant degree program.
2. Pursuing a degree in International Business, International Relations, Administration, or Foreign Trade.

1. Assertive communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information effectively.
3. Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
4. Advanced English language skills.

Beginner level experience in operations or logistics is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, International Relations, Administration, or Foreign Trade.
