1. Create, update, and maintain clear documentation including work instructions, reports, and procedure manuals.
2. Identify and define manufacturing process issues, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
3. Collaborate with others to analyze production problems and implement effective solutions.
4. Support the development of New Product Integration methodologies for new product manufacturing.
5. Present findings and experiences to management at the end of the internship.
6. Evaluate production downtime concerns and apply resources to address issues.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a focus on Project Management.
2. Ability to research, review, and interpret scientific and technical documents and blueprints.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in writing concise reports and procedure manuals.
5. Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with employees.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
7. Knowledge of JD Edwards is preferred.
