Tiffany & Co. New Product Engineer

- Lead the engineering phases during new product development and support manufacturing for six months post-launch.
- Develop robust and repeatable manufacturing specifications for new designs throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with NPI Project Leads to ensure alignment on project management and timelines.
- Provide cross-functional team members with initial route recommendations and manufacturing offsets.
- Ensure Hard Prototypes and Production Test Runs meet critical requirements as per JDIW CRD documentation.
- Create product-specific work instructions in collaboration with manufacturing and process engineering teams.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure successful project execution.
- Collect and compile data for project status reports and presentations.
- Maintain historical data for future project reliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Proficiency or comfort with CAD software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and OneNote)
- Project management

Minimum 5 years of related experience in engineering or a similar field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
