Tiffany & Co. New Product Engineer

1. Lead the engineering phases during new product development and support manufacturing for six months post-launch.
2. Develop robust and repeatable manufacturing specifications for new designs throughout their lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with NPI Project Leads to ensure alignment on project management and timelines.
4. Provide cross-functional team members with initial route recommendations and manufacturing offsets.
5. Ensure Hard Prototypes and Production Test Runs meet critical requirements as per JDIW CRD documentation.
6. Create product-specific work instructions in collaboration with manufacturing and process engineering teams.
7. Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure successful project execution.
8. Collect and compile data for project status reports and presentations.
9. Maintain historical data for future project reliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience
2. Strong ability to manage multiple projects
3. Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
4. Proficiency or comfort with CAD software
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and OneNote)

Minimum 5 years of related experience in engineering or a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
