1. Assist with the coordination of High Jewellery sales updates and tracking across the MEA Region.
2. Support the organization of travelling collections across various markets and contribute to performance reporting.
3. Partner with Operations, Retail teams, and Logistics to manage product movement and coordinate both domestic and international shipments.
4. Provide support to the Merchandising Manager with data analysis and the creation of presentation materials.
5. Maintain reports and supporting analytics for key product initiatives.
6. Assist with client requests and sold orders from Retail teams.

7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable adapting to new software within a Windows environment.

Prior Merchandising or Retail experience, preferably within a luxury brand, would be beneficial. Knowledge of basic retail concepts and calculations preferred.
