1. Develop and execute an integrated media strategy to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and customer acquisition across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Lead the performance marketing strategy for the ANZ market, managing budgets across paid search and digital media to drive qualified traffic and improve ROI.
3. Manage website conversion strategies to maximize online and in-store purchases, influencing consumer browsing behavior.
4. Plan, implement, and monitor merchandising programs using product data analysis to drive sales and build brand equity through optimized website content.
5. Oversee the personalization plan, including the online product recommendation engine, in collaboration with the Global Omni-channel team.
6. Analyze product, price point, and collection trends to maximize consumer demand, drive conversion, and ensure optimal fulfillment levels.
7. Manage and optimize online client service features like chat and messaging to create seamless shopping experiences.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a performance digital environment.
2. Experience in agency or managing agency stakeholders is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing.

4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
