- Develop and execute an integrated media strategy to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and customer acquisition across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead the performance marketing strategy for the ANZ market, managing budgets across paid search and digital media to drive qualified traffic and improve ROI.
- Manage website conversion strategies to maximize online and in-store purchases, influencing consumer browsing behavior.
- Plan, implement, and monitor merchandising programs using product data analysis to drive sales and build brand equity through optimized website content.
- Oversee the personalization plan, including the online product recommendation engine, in collaboration with the Global Omni-channel team.
- Analyze product, price point, and collection trends to maximize consumer demand, drive conversion, and ensure optimal fulfillment levels.
- Manage and optimize online client service features like chat and messaging to create seamless shopping experiences.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a performance digital environment.
- Experience in agency or managing agency stakeholders is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimizing.
- Understanding of omni-channel customer management across website and in-store.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a performance digital environment, with experience in agency or managing agency stakeholders being advantageous.
