- Manage all phases of the media planning process across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Site Direct, including CRM audience strategies.
- Oversee Paid Social strategy, campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance analysis across all platforms.
- Collaborate with agency and internal teams to optimize social media efforts and drive engagement.
- Oversee programmatic audience-based strategy and execution, driving data-driven insights and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend sound strategies based on a strong grasp of the media landscape.
- Implement 'test & learn' programs for digital channels, including testing roadmap, setup, and results interpretation.
- Collaborate with analytics on monthly goals and performance for full funnel metrics.
- Generate and maintain data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate depiction of media activity.
- Consolidate all data sets into various reports and trackers.
- Manage and adopt Global Media Guidelines to reflect the changing media landscape.
- Forge and foster agency network and external partner relationships to drive business forward.
- Stay current with industry trends, manage partner relationships, and evolve the tech stack.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of media, marketing, or agency experience.
- Experience with or expertise in luxury, with the poise and manner to represent Tiffany & Co. internally and externally.
- Experience in Social, Programmatic, and Digital media.
- Experience working within Social platform ads manager.
- Strong understanding of all media channels with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented, collaborative, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion for innovation and creative technology; desire to lead a brand through digital transformation.

Minimum of 6-8 years in media, marketing, or agency roles, with specific experience in Social, Programmatic, and Digital media.
Bachelor's degree required.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $70.00 to $79.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
