- Develop and execute media strategies across Southern Europe, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing awareness.
- Recommend optimal channel mixes based on media landscape insights and target customer behavior.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with local media agencies to create effective offline media plans.
- Collaborate with regional teams on online, social, and digital campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and negotiate special projects.
- Propose local initiatives to enhance global campaigns, selecting appropriate formats and channels.
- Work with PR and talent teams to leverage ambassadors for local content creation.
- Deliver monthly media spend reports in collaboration with local media agencies.
- Provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets at both cluster and country levels, ensuring resource optimization.
- Track expenses and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Make budget recommendations during annual strategic planning.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or Marketing.
- Proven experience managing media budgets.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability.
- Proficient time management skills with the ability to adapt to change and multitask.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media, web analytics, and technology.
- Experience with digital analytics platforms and sophisticated reporting.
- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is advantageous.
