- Lead innovative projects to enhance assortment planning processes.
- Develop dashboards to measure KPIs related to sales, assortment productivity, and inventory fulfillment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of assortments across major markets and compare them to local competition.
- Identify strategic assortment and personalization opportunities for high-potential markets.
- Prepare executive-level presentations on assortment strategies to inform key business decisions.
- Gain exposure to various areas within the Supply Chain, including Inventory and Demand Planning.
- Analyze international market trends and communicate updates to global partners.
- Develop proficiency in advanced analytical tools, including AI analytics.
- Participate in strategic projects to propose new opportunities for business performance acceleration.
- College degree and current pursuit of an MBA degree.
- 2+ years of business experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning applications.
- Experience with PowerBI report building.

A minimum of 2 years of business experience is required, ideally within the retail industry.
Current enrollment in an MBA program, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or Retail Management.
The pay range for this role is $35-$50 per hour.
