- Collaborate with managers and directors on critical projects to enhance business evaluation and communication.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, Anaplan, and PowerPoint to develop visually appealing and effective reporting tools.
- Identify process efficiency opportunities with central and regional supply chain teams to improve speed and forecast accuracy.
- Define best practices for a central and regional hybrid model for TCO, adapting external best practices to TCO's objectives.
- Align forecasts with central category management, assortment planning, and inventory planning teams, focusing on new product planning.
- Participate in a collaborative capstone project with other MBA summer interns.
- Pursuing an MBA degree
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
