Tiffany & Co. Manufacturing/Process Engineer Intern

1. Evaluate supply chain processes using work measurement assessments such as time studies and flow charting.
2. Systematically document and present comprehensive data on processes and functions studied.
3. Develop analytical and statistical tools, process flow documentation, and reports to support process improvements.
4. Recommend workflow, equipment, or other changes to enhance material flow, storage capacity, cycle time, and productivity.
5. Provide direct support to Industrial Engineering staff through hands-on participation in office and production environments.
6. Collaborate with multiple internal departments and interface with various levels of employees and management to complete tasks, including root cause analysis and productivity improvements.
7. Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated ability to research, review, and analyze information from various sources.
3. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with engineering principles and practices is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.

$25 per hour
