Tiffany & Co. Manufacturing/Process Engineer Intern

- Evaluate supply chain processes using work measurement assessments such as time studies and flow charting.
- Systematically document and present comprehensive data on processes and functions studied.
- Develop analytical and statistical tools, process flow documentation, and reports to support process improvements.
- Recommend workflow, equipment, or other changes to enhance material flow, storage capacity, cycle time, and productivity.
- Provide direct support to Industrial Engineering staff through hands-on participation in office and production environments.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments and interface with various levels of employees and management to complete tasks, including root cause analysis and productivity improvements.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to research, review, and analyze information from various sources.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with engineering principles and practices is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
$25 per hour
