1. Support manufacturing production projects by collecting data, analyzing facts, implementing solutions, and reviewing as necessary.
2. Minimize work stoppage and equipment downtime through prompt action.
3. Maintain supply inventory and request orders for new supplies in a timely manner.
4. Facilitate the on-time completion of preventative maintenance documentation and related actions.
5. Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation, including work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
6. Collaborate with the quality team to review quality data and report any issues.
7. Partner with supervisors and management on projects or assignments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
8. Present findings and experiences to management at the conclusion of the internship period.
9. Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated ability to research, review, and analyze information from various sources.
3. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

1. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes.
2. Capability to train, motivate, and provide direction.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

$23 per hour.
