1. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any safety incidents promptly.
2. Conduct root cause analysis by collecting and analyzing data, and implement corrective actions as approved.
3. Support process improvement projects focused on technology and cost reduction.
4. Collaborate with Process Engineers to develop and update flow charts, SOPs, and work instructions.
5. Utilize the Tulip application for process management and improvements.

1. Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques.
3. Proven experience in process improvement.
4. Ability to create mechanical drawings in CAD.
5. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.

1. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks).
3. Knowledge of GD&T and proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and vision systems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques is required.

Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
