- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any safety incidents promptly.
- Conduct root cause analysis by collecting and analyzing data, and implement corrective actions as approved.
- Support process improvement projects focused on technology and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to develop and update flow charts, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Utilize the Tulip application for process management and improvements.
- Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques.
- Proven experience in process improvement.
- Ability to create mechanical drawings in CAD.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of GD&T and proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and vision systems.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in modern jewelry manufacturing techniques is required.
Technical associate’s degree or equivalent.
