1. Support the Manufacturing Casting team using core analysis and engineering techniques.
2. Design and map process flows, measure productivity, and conduct time studies.
3. Collect and analyze data to identify and resolve manufacturing casting issues.
4. Maintain and update documentation, including work instructions and procedure manuals.
5. Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve production problems.
6. Present findings and experiences to management at the end of the internship.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Located at a college or university in Rhode Island.
3. Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
4. Organizational and documentation skills.

Beginner level experience suitable for current students in relevant engineering fields.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

$23 per hour.
