- Deliver commercial sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute sales, expense, and profitability strategies, including forecasts, budgets, and staffing plans.
- Guide and support sales and store leaders in achieving sales, expense, and profitability targets.
- Oversee strategic retail objectives and companywide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop a strong sales management team.
- Oversee staffing activities, including hiring, retaining, and promoting top performers.
- Provide guidance on training initiatives to ensure staff are appropriately trained.
- Develop a proactive client development strategy focusing on international tourism.
- Build relationships with potential business partners and expand the client pool.
- Strengthen the client base and set specific targets for stores.
- Work closely with SAP Regional functional heads to support business priorities.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and merchandising to build an annual plan for Australia & New Zealand.
- Luxury retail sales experience and clienteling.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with P&L management.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to implement strategic vision.
- Experience in leading managers and collaborating with department heads.

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail sales and management.
Degree holder / MBA preferred.
